Bio
Debra was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma but was raised most of her life in Dallas, Texas. She holds a degree in Health Promotion with a concentration in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas. After wrapping up her soccer career she started coaching as an intern which led her to the Corporate Wellness industry. She has been in the fitness and wellness industry for 12 years.

When Debra is not working she spends most of her time cheering on her kiddos and supporting them in their sports and activities.
