Texins Referral Program Rules

Definitions

Referring Member: current Texins member who refers a new member.

Referred Member: new Texins member who received a referral from a current Texins member.

How to Participate

  1. Referred Member must write the name of Referring Member on the Membership Agreement Form when they join with a paid membership at Texins.

  2. Once the Referred Member joins Texins with a paid membership, Istvan will contact Referring Member to inform them of the appropriate prize(s) and information within one (1) week of Referred Member joining.

  3. Texins staff (i.e. Dietitian and/or Fitness Team) will contact Referring Member to coordinate nutrition consultation and/or personal training session.

Rules

  • Referred Member must not be a paid Texins member at the time of referral.

  • Only Referring Member is eligible to win and/or participate in prizes.

  • Referred Member must be eligible to be a primary member at Texins (primary member: active employee of TI, active employee of Air Liquide, DRS, TI retiree or TI contractor).

  • Referral Program will be open until further notice.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I refer an individual who is already a member of Texins?

A Referred Member must not have a current membership at Texins.

Can I refer a new hire or intern with a complimentary membership?

A Referred Member must join Texins with a paid membership; the Referral Program will not apply to members who have a complimentary membership.

 How will Texins know if I referred someone?

The Referred Member must write the name of the Referring Member on the Membership Agreement at the “Referral’s Name” section when they join with a paid membership at Texins.

 How do I know if an individual shared my name as a referral and if I earned a prize?

Istvan will contact Referring Member to inform them of the appropriate prize(s) and information within one (1) week of Referred Member joining.

 Does the Referred Member have to be a new member, or can they be a former member rejoining?

The Referred Member may be a former member as long as their membership is not current.

 Is adding a family member considered a part of the Referral Program?

A family member does not qualify as a primary member at Texins and will not be considered a part of the Referral Program.
