Women on Weights is a 4-week session that meets twice a week and is led by our certified female personal trainers. This program also includes nutrition education provided by our Registered Dietitian. To register email Renette@ti.com.
Both sessions meet on the Texins fitness floor. Level I: Tuesday and Thursday, 12pm-1pm, and Level II Tuesday and Thursday, 10:30am-11:30am.
