Level II is a progression of Level 1 and is for those ready to take their strength training to the next level or who don’t want to lose training momentum. Training sessions focus on learning advanced weight lifting techniques, improving your form and challenging you.
NOTE: It is highly recommended that all participants take women on weights level 1 or have been consistently lifting weights for at least 6 months. you will be expected to know how to squat, deadlift, bench press and how to use kettlebells, dumbbells and a barbell for these exercises.

Improved Form and Technique: You’ll gain knowledge on how to improve your weight lifting form which minimizes your risk of injury.
