The Transformation Challenge is a program designed to build on itself; the program will help you improve your mindset with nutrition, fuel for your activity, and recovery appropriately so that you meet your goals. April 1 - May 8
Monday & Wednesdays, 12pm-1pm
· Starter kit (Texins shirt and journal)
· Individual pre and post assessments (nutrition and health assessment, body composition, and weight)
· One-on-one sessions with a Registered Dietitian (3)
· 30 minutes of exercise, immediately followed by 25 minute nutrition class
