Bio

Grant was born in San Angelo, Texas but grew up in the Austin area for most of his life. He graduated from Texas State University with his degree in Exercise Science and will begin his master's degree in the fall of 2024.

Grant has worked with many people from all walks of life including collegiate athletes, children, and even geriatrics. When he is not coaching or training himself, he really enjoys reading and traveling. He also enjoys spending time with family every chance he gets.
