This special 7-week group exercise class caters to runners of all levels (beginner – advanced) to train toward your 5K goals. This training program includes programming for proper warm-up, agility, interval, and circuit training building up week 1 – week 7.
Supermarket Sweep is headed to Forest Lane. Instead of running through the grocery store, this 6 week program will teach you how to best navigate the grocery store, to plan, and to prep meals for you and your family. On May 3, Texins Fitness Center will host TI’s 3rd annual triathlon. The TI TRI combines swimming, biking and running into one big event. The TRI is open to TIers and Texins members and has eleven convenient start times throughout the day.
