Hydrostatic Weighing

Hydrostatic weighing is an underwater weighing method used to determine body fat. During this one hour service, body fat percentages will be measured using 3 components: Bioelectrical Impedance, Skin Calipers and Hydrostatic Weighing. We use these measurements to ensure the highest quality of accuracy. Each participant will receive documentation of their results.
Please bring a picture ID, towel and bathing suit for this test.

Functional Movement Screening (FMS)

This is a pre-participation screening tool designed to identify compensatory movement patterns that are indicative of increased injury risk and inefficient movement that causes reduced performance.

BodyMetrix Ultrasound Technique

Ultrasound body composition testing uses a handheld sensor that is attached to a computer. For a typical body scan, one to seven measurement sites are taken which involve moving the sensor over an area of the body. (Please wear loose shorts and a t-shirt.)

Bioelectrical Impedance

This technique involves using a handheld device to measure body composition via the electrical impedance.
